Getting there
Green Park is the tube station for our three Mayfair houses. One stop east on the Piccadilly line is Piccadilly Circus. Soho begins there. Brewer Street. Old Compton Street. Dean Street. It is a short walk rather than a journey.
Walking home is the point
Soho is a late place. The last tube is a problem. From Piccadilly Circus you can walk back to Clarges Street or Chesterfield Street. No cab. No queue. No waiting in the cold.
And it is quiet when you get there
Chesterfield Street is a residential street off Curzon Street. Clarges Street runs between Piccadilly and Curzon Street. You are five minutes from the noise and you cannot hear it.
