At Clarges Street and Mayfair Collection the House Manager can meet you at the door. If you arrive late you can let yourself in with a key box.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. The times are the same at all our houses.

You can book a later check-out up to 13:00. It costs £50 for each extra hour. After you book your stay we send you a link where you can add it.

If you arrive before 15:00 you can leave your bags at Shaw House on Chesterfield Street.

Cleaning during your stay is not included in the price.

You can book cleaning as an extra. Choose daily cleaning or pick your days. There are three options: a towel change, a towel and bed linen change, or a full clean. The price depends on the size of the apartment. After you book your stay we send you a link where you can add it.

At Shaw House and Clarges Street we can also wash and iron your clothes.

Every apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a dryer. You also get an iron, a hairdryer, a safe, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Ask for a cot or a high chair and we provide it free.

At Shaw House and Clarges Street every apartment also has a fan, an air purifier and beds over 2 metres long.

Yes. You will find a free starter pack with water, coffee, milk, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel and soap.

At Shaw House we can also put your grocery shopping in the apartment before you arrive.

Yes. Wi-Fi is free in every apartment.

At Shaw House you can also borrow a portable Wi-Fi device.

Shaw House has a step-free way in at the front door. A wheelchair fits in the lift. Every apartment is wheelchair accessible and there is a level shower you can wheel straight into.

At Clarges Street the front door is level with the pavement and there is a lift. One apartment there is accessible. It has a roll-in shower and doorways wide enough for a wheelchair.

Mayfair Collection has a lift. Crawford Place has a lift too.

Shaw House, Clarges Street and Mayfair Collection are in Mayfair. The nearest Underground station is Green Park on the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. It is a 7-minute walk from Shaw House. It is a 3-minute walk from Clarges Street and Mayfair Collection.

Crawford Place is in Marylebone. Edgware Road station on the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines is a 7-minute walk. Marble Arch station on the Central line is a 12-minute walk.

There is no parking at Shaw House, Clarges Street or Crawford Place. There are public car parks near Clarges Street.

We can book a private car to or from the airport. It is a paid service. Please book at least 24 hours ahead. After you book your stay we send you a link where you can add it.

Pets are welcome at Shaw House, Clarges Street and Mayfair Collection. You can bring one pet per booking. For Crawford Place please ask us before you book.
